I came here for the CBH. What I found was a truck stop. Outside there are Trucks, lots of trucks - In all sizes (if those sizes are big). Inside there is a variety of items from snacks to radios. And, there is a diner. Not a cutesy diner, a diner where people come to eat. People who drive trucks. Understandably, this place has large food. Steak and eggs is a 16oz sirloin affair. I had the CBH which came as a plate of fried potato wedges with corned beef and onions. This was topped with the fried eggs I requested. It was oily, but good. It was certainly better than the "out of a can" variety some places serve. My wife had a waffle - it was ok. The sausages that she ordered with it were a standout. They had a nice flavor and were better than the commodity sausages many places serve. The waitress was nice, the service was quick, and our coffee was always full. We saw several couples dropping in for food. I am not sure I'd bring the kids as our table had a nice view of the "magazine" rack. Still, I am putting it on the map since 24 hr places with decent food are so hard to find.

Went here for breakfast at about 1:30 pm and YES! they serve breakfast all day. I had the chicken fried steak with gravy, over medium eggs, toast, and hash browns. All were excellent! Service was great and the atmosphere is not like a truck stop, but a cafe from the 1950s. I really recommend for a nice relaxing good meal.

Other folks are not kidding: the Blueberry pancakes are amazing and the sausage patty was home made. Special note to those of you with kids: you have to go past a stack of Hustler, Playboy and what not on the way to the table: just adds to the truck stock appeal in mind but thought I should warn you.

Great home made food, and the best blueberry pancakes I've had in a long time. The sausage patties are hand formed, the bisuits and gravy totally yummy. The patty melt is how a patty melt should be, and some of soups I'v had there are delicious - clearly home made. Service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is real truck stop - not the kind of truck stop that is mostly filled with highway travelers, it't the kind of truck stop that is 99% truckers. The place is pretty compact, so if a customer is an obnoxiouly loud talker or wears an excessive amount of cologne or perfume, there's no hiding from it. Fortunately these situations have been infrequent. Darn good food.
